Sophie in Cashmere

I'm completely out of order with documenting my projects, but here's my most recent Sophie Scarf, and I just LOVE it!

To be honest I've loved every Sophie Scarf that I've made but for different reasons. Some I love for the colour, and some for the warmth, but this one combines several elements. Certainly being made from the wonderful Eco Cashmere from Nordic Yarns in Finland makes it the softest one I've made. I really love this yarn which is a fair price and is made with 50% recycled cashmere which gives it a strength that I like as well. I've been drawn to neutrals lately, and this lovely oatmeal colour is perfect. I had a small amount left from one skein and I didn't double it up.

I'm thinking of doing a Sophie class/knitalong, so watch for news of that if you're interested in making one of your own!
